Secondary Application

Who?

• All applicants with a verified AMCAS application receive the link to the Ohio State secondary application.

When?

• You are given access to the secondary application when we receive your AMCAS application electronically.
   
  
• AMCAS releases your application when your transcripts have been received and your application is verified.
   
  
• The deadline for submitting the Ohio State secondary application is January 1 at 12:00 midnight, Eastern Standard Time.

Where?

• The Ohio State secondary application is on-line.
   

How?

• We will send you an e-mail with the url inviting you to complete the Ohio State secondary application.
