Football Ticket Policy
Those requesting tickets MUST BE dues-paying members in good standing with the Ohio State University Alumni Association at the time of the request.*
If you meet this criteria, you will be eligible to purchase two (2) game tickets. (This includes tickets for children as well as adults - two total tickets). Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
In accordance with the Ohio State University Athletic Department and the Alumni Association, football tickets must be purchased with a tailgate brunch ticket.
Football tickets cannot be mailed in advance. They can only be picked up at the times of registration during Alumni Weekend, which are listed below or will be listed in the Reunion Brochure (to be mailed in July, 2008).
*Note: Football tickets that the OSU Alumni Association receives to accommodate the Medical Alumni Society Reunion Weekend come from the OSU Alumni allotment, as defined by the Athletic Council. It is highly possible that dues-paying members of the Association could be denied a ticket application if the demand exceeds the supply. Thus, tickets cannot be sold to non-dues-paying alumni. Membership will be confirmed prior to ticket assignment. To become a member of the OSU Alumni Association, Inc., please visit http://www.ohiostatealumni.org/.

Refund Guidelines
Requests for refunds will be accepted through August 29 for the Friday dinner only.Refund requests for football tickets and tailgate brunch will not be accepted.
If you register for the Buckeye Tailgate Brunch and are not an active dues-paying member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc. by Thursday, September 4, the full face value of the football tickets will be refunded ($66/each).

Reunion Sign-In
Reunion sign-in will take place in the Meiling Hall Lobby at 370 W. 9th Avenue on the following days and times:Friday, September 5: 10:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 6: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Classmates attending only the Friday evening class dinner can sign in at the Hyatt on Capitol Square when they arrive for the reception/dinner. If the first event you are attending is the dinner but you will be attending the tailgate and/or football game, you may pick up your registration packet (including your football tickets) in Meiling Hall on Saturday morning.
Classmates requesting tailgate/football tickets only should pick up their tickets for the Saturday events at Meiling Hall during the times listed above.
While no registration materials will be available for pick-up at the Hyatt on Capitol Square, we will have a staff member in the lobby (by the front desk) to assist with questions on Friday from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Please proceed through the lobby, past the bell-hop stand and the coffee cart to the north end of the lobby (toward the State Street exits).
