Hotel Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the host hotel, the Hyatt on Capitol Square, 75 E. State Street, (800) 233-1234 or (614) 228-1234.

A special room rate of $115 single/double occupancy has been arranged for the weekend. Please reference the OSU College of Medicine to get the special rate.

The hold on the block of rooms will be released on August 18.

Adjacent to the hotel is the Ohio Theater, which will be featuring Disney's The Lion King musical from August 28-September 28. Celebrating 10 years on Broadway, this Tony Award winning musical features the imaginative costumes of Julie Taymor with the use of puppets, African masks and shadow puppetry for family-friendly fun.

Subscription and Group tickets are already on sale with tickets to the general public going on sale on February 14. Groups of 20 or more can purchase tickets by calling (614) 224-7654, ext. 226.

Tickets can be purchased by going online to Broadway Across America, calling Ticketmaster at (614) 431-3600 or by visiting the following box offices in person:
