We are excited to be up and running and working with the faculty on programs and assessments/examinations for the the students & residents!

If you would like to use any part of the Center for a practice session or an exam, please fill out and submit the following request form.  You will be contacted by the CSEAC staff to confirm that the form has been received.  Ideally, an examination can be scheduled six weeks prior to when it will take place to allow for thorough preparation.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Carol Hasbrouck, Director (614-292-9325) or Sara Calvey, Program Coordinator (614-292-9435).
