We are excited to be up and running and enabling medical trainees to hold practice sessions, whether it's to become comfortable with a procedure or patient encounter, learn something new or prepare for an exam!

If you would like to use any part of the Center for a practice session, please fill out and submit the following request form.  You will be contacted by the CSEAC staff to confirm that the form has been received.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Sara Calvey, Program Coordinator (614-292-9435) or Carol Hasbrouck, Director (614-292-9325).
