Fluorochromes

(Please note* that our Zeiss 510 META confocal does not have a UV laser so avoid the use of dyes such DAPI or Alexa 350 in favor of other nuclear stains such as DRAQ5* when using the Zeiss 510) The laser lines available on our 510 META are HeNe1 (543 nm) ,  HeNe2 (633 nm),  and Argon/2 laser (458,477,488,514 nm)
