Concern about the content or delivery of our message often leads us to neglect the most important aspects of communication - our voice and body language. In this workshop, you will learn to use engaging body language, project a pleasant vocal tone, speak clearly and distinctly, manage anxiety and present succinct, meaningful messages. You will also have the opportunity to fine-tune a message or your professional statement, and learn how to eliminate fillers and non-words, vary the volume, rate and intonation of your voice, and remain confident when challenged.
Susan Miller, PhD has coached professionals and executives in presenting to boards, selling their messages to groups, and influencing colleagues and customers for over 30 years.
