Faculty Development
The OSME has developed a series of faculty development seminars designed to enhance the skills of educators in both teaching and educational scholarship. Teaching skills workshop topics include feedback, evaluation, effective questioning skills, dealing with problem learners, and use of we based tools. Scholarship topics include common research methods for educational scholars, IRB issues for medical education research, survey strategies, statistics, and effective workshops, poster and podium presentations.
