Secondary Application

Admissions > Applicant FAQ's > Secondary Application

What happens if I do not submit my secondary application within 30 days?

  • You may complete and submit the secondary application after 30 days has passed.  However, any delay could cause you to miss an interview opportunity.
  • Your application will not be reviewed until the secondary application is received.
  • File review occurs once the College of Medicine Admissions Office has received your AMCAS application, the Ohio State secondary application, and a valid MCAT score.  The 30 day return request is meant to keep your application moving through our process.  Once you submit the secondary application, it will appear as received on your status page in about two to three days.
