By the time most busy women collapse into bed these days, they can't fall - or stay - asleep. Women are waking up earlier, going to bed later, and spending the hours in between juggling any combination of work, kids, grocery shopping, household chores, doctor visits and a million other responsibilities. In an increasingly hectic life, getting enough restful sleep is elusive. "People are trying to get by with less and less sleep," says Rami Khayat, a pulmonologist and sleep medicine specialist at Ohio State University Medical Center and OSU Sleep Disorders Center. "It's a major epidemic."
