Postdoctoral Position

Postdoctoral positions are available immediately to study the interaction of Mycobacteria with mouse and human macrophages. Specific projects include: (1) Regulation of iron transport by Natural Resistance Associated Macrophage protein 1(Nramp1) in Mycobacteria containing phagosomes (see J. Leukocyte Biol. 66:113 and 69:43). (2) Innibition of IFN-gamma signaling in M. avaium and M.tb infected background in molecular biology or biochemistry. Experience in Innate Immunity or host-pathogen interactions is desirable. Interested candidates should send their curriculum vitate, a list of publications, and names of three references to:
