The Institute for Behavioral Medicine Research’s (IBMR) annual research day will take place Monday, March 26 in the Biomedical Research Tower.
This year’s event features morning oral sessions presented by Ying An, Monica Lindgren, Ashley Fenn, and Tracy Bedrosian, followed by the Simson Lecture entitled "Inflammation and Treatment Resistant Depression: A Perfect Storm" presented by Andrew Miller, MD; William P. Timmie Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Director of Psychiatric Oncology at the Winship Cancer Institute, Emory University School of Medicine.
Research Day will also include afternoon poster and oral sessions presented by Christopher Lucas, Amy Hufnagle, Jeffrey Voorhees, Heather Derry, and Noah Ashley.
The Annual IBMR Research Day provides an opportunity for researchers in training at the OSU Medical Center to present their research in a public forum. This group includes trainees at all levels of programming, including graduate, undergraduate, medical and MD/PhD students, as well as postdoctoral fellows and researchers. Research Day also presents an opportunity for colleagues and visitors to learn about the cutting edge research occurring at Ohio State.
