“The Health Benefits of Chocolate,” featuring Jim Warner, program director of Nutrition Services, and trained chef and cooking instructor, will be held Thursday, Feb. 14 from noon-1 p.m. in 160 Meiling Hall. Warner will discuss the health benefits of chocolate through an entertaining cooking demonstration. RSVP here (required for seating).
Attendees will have the opportunity to taste the chocolate desserts prepared by Warner and Nutrition Services staff and get recipes for the desserts to take with them. The event is free and open to faculty, staff and students.
