How to apply for our residency program start date: July 1, 2010:

• Since we participate in the Ophthalmology Matching Program (OMP), you must complete an application from the Central Application Service (CAS) to be eligible to apply for our program.
• For more information on the application process and to download an application, please visit:  http://www.sfmatch.org/.
• Please submit all materials by October 1, 2008 to be considered for an interview.
• You will be notified by October 25, 2008 of your interview status.
