Decision Guide for Appointments

The Office of Postdoctoral Programs and the College of Medicine/Office of Health Sciences (COM/OHS) Office of Human Resources, in consultation with the Research Foundation, have developed a decision guide to assist administrators and human resource professionals with the sometimes complex nature of postdoctoral appointments. Topics covered include:

• Additional appointments, compensation, and benefits for Postdoc Fellows
• Funding the fringe benefit rate for Postdoc Fellows
