Effective Sunday (7/1), Ohio State will transition from the COS Pivot (Community of Science) funding opportunities database to InfoEd SPIN. SPIN was selected because it offers similar functionality in funding searches and alerts at a fraction of the cost of COS. Ohio State's SPIN site is currently being configured. Researchers who currently use COS are encouraged to access their COS profiles and extract relevant profile information and search terms for migration to SPIN. Training and education will be provided beginning Tuesday (6/26). Register at http://research.osu.edu/researchers/training/classroom/ for training.
