The Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE) records student performance from Med 1 through August of the Med 4 year. Have you ever wondered what happens with the performance reports for the remainder of Med 4? Med 4 grades are placed in an Addendum to the MSPE that is used if a student re-enters the match after graduation or applies to a fellowship at the conclusion of residency training. Comments are included in the addendum only if a student has received an unsatisfactory grade for a Med 4 clerkship or is required to appear before the Honor and Professionalism Council.
