Each year, the College of Medicine recognizes the leadership and community service activities of its first- and second-year medical students.  One leadership and one community service award will be presented to both the class of 2010 and 2011.  The leadership and community service activities need not be related to what you have done here at the College; diverse experiences are encouraged.  College faculty and students will select the awardees, and nominal cash prizes will be provided by the Medical Student Alumni Council.  The four award winners will be recognized at the semi-annual OSU Medical Alumni Board of Governors Meeting on April 19, 2008.

 

Note:  You may apply for either the community service or leadership award by clicking on the appropriate application listed in the left-hand column of this Web page.  Once you have filled it out, make a Word copy and submit it to susan.leonhart@osumc.edu by February 22, 2008.  Late applications will not be considered.
