Application For Medical Student Funding

This application is provided for the students of The Ohio State University College of Medicine who wish to request funds from Student Council for various activities. In the past, these funds have been used by students to attend conferences, present papers, start interest groups or otherwise represent the College of Medicine at OSU. All fields must be completed. Please refer to the current Guidelines for Funding for criteria, requirements, and explanations of the selection process and how funds are allocated. Additional funding may be available through the Inter-Professional Council’s Development Fund at http://ipc.osu.edu/.
