The College of Medicine is one of the first medical schools in the country to distribute the Apple@ iPod touch device to incoming students. This device will allow students to download lectures from a unique site on iTunes for use anywhere. They will be able to access common medical software applications such as Epocrates, Lexi Comp and different diagnosis programs. Videos demonstrating the correct performance of common invasive procedures are included on the devices.
