Speaker Sakima Smith, MD: To launch my career, here at Ohio State, was actually a 
pretty seamless process to transition from a fellowship to faculty, in a sense that 
there's a lot of support from leadership within the College of Medicine, as well as 
within the Division of Cardiology. So, for me, it was a very easy decision to 
embrace Ohio State and move forward in terms of developing my career, and the 
support has been phenomenal.

Speaker Brandon Kim, MD: Every time I talked to people from Ohio State, every time 
I came to visit, I could sense that they were really honest, had a lot of integrity, 
and were looking out for my best interests, and I knew that I wanted the people that 
I had met to be my colleagues in the future. And so, that was the main driving 
reason that I came to Ohio State.

Speaker Ko Un Park, MD: I came to Ohio State because of the opportunity to advance 
the care of breast cancer patients and the opportunity to work with a great 
multidisciplinary team.
