How would you describe the Ohio State medical community? And what I mean by that is, especially at large academic centers like this, I do think part of the job expectation is that you go out of your way to help people that are coming up from under you. So whether that's faculty, physicians, residents, or even just older medical students, I've found that it's really helpful to get advice from people and that people are more than willing to kind of just take time out of their day to discuss whatever it is that you're interested in. I think it's really helpful because medical school can be kind of uncertain. You might not always know what direction you want to go in or how to get there, and there's always someone who's willing to give you advice or help out in any way that they can.
