[Text on screen: Justine Kang-Chapman, MD Diagnostic Radiology Residency, Alumna] Justine Kang-Chapman, MD: OSU was a great place for me to train and allowed me to fulfill my career goals in terms of both leadership, but also in terms of my life goals with starting a family. As a female resident who was chief and also happened to have a child during training, I was able to help with navigating leave policies in radiation safety for our pregnant residents, which not only supported me during my pregnancy and thereafter, but also helped other female residents who had children during training as well. The radiology department, in and of itself, is always very accommodating to residents with families, and there are plenty of things to do here in the Columbus area. My children, my wife, and I, we especially enjoy the nearby Columbus zoo. It is Jack Hanna's home zoo, and we spend quite a bit of time there as members. We thoroughly enjoy that and try to get out there as much as we can. In addition, my son and I have been to many different sporting events, including Ohio State football, baseball, basketball, and hockey, the Columbus Blue Jackets professional hockey team, the Memorial Tournament, Jack Nicklaus' tournament up north, and a variety of other events around town that I'm sure that I have not even begun to see or can talk about. It is truly an amazing place to be. [Text on screen: The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center] [Music]
