COVID-19 Update: We are still accepting and encouraging HOST applications at this time, and will continue to virtually connect our students with our alumni physicians during residency interviews for the 2020-2021 school year.

The Help Our Students Thrive (HOST) Program matches fourth year students with Ohio State alumni physicians throughout the country during residency interviews.

The HOST program is a great way for students build an alumni network with fellow Buckeyes.

Alumni volunteers are asked to connect with a current medical student and provide knowledge on current city as well as specialty with the possibility of providing mock interviews and creating a longer term mentorship. It’s a great way for students to learn more about residency programs and connect with and learn from College of Medicine alumni.

If you are ready to connect with a current alumni please complete our application form, and we'll be in touch with information if we have a match available.

*If submitting for a residency connection with an alumni, please submit 1 form per specialty/residency location.
