Welcome, John Bridges, to BMI! 

 

​Dr. Bridges has lead, or collaborated on, a diverse range of project applying stated-preference methods in medicine and public health that have applied both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand the priorities of patients and stakeholders. During these projects he has applied and advanced several methods to measure stated preferences including Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) (a qualitative method), rating and ranking methods (including the self-explicated method), adaptive conjoint analysis, choice-based conjoint analysis, discrete choice experiments and best-worst scaling methods. He has lead several key initiatives to disseminate these methods.​
