Faculty Leadership Institute (FLI)
This 10-month program is a collaboration with the Ohio State Fisher College of Business to train faculty in the necessary competencies to become principled leaders. Participants can expect to elevate self-leadership skills by exhibiting emotional intelligence and recognizing strengths, challenges and values as a leader; strengthen stewardship skills by developing the ability to initiate and lead change efforts; and improve relational skills by formulating mutually beneficial solutions that build consensus and resolve conflict.
