FAME Unites Emerging Leaders (FUEL) 

To achieve professional success, leadership skills are as important as clinical competency. FAME Unites Emerging Leaders (FUEL) is a 5-session, cohort program designed for College of Medicine faculty interested in enhancing and developing their leadership skills. This year’s cohort will be centralized around the topic of “High Functioning Teams.”

FUEL cohort participants will meet monthly from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

  • March 9, 5:30-7:00 pm, Meiling 234 | Navigating Difficult Conversations Part 2

  • April 13, 5:30-7:00 pm, Meiling 234 | Leadership Styles and the effect on culture

  • May 11, 5:30-8:00 pm, Meiling 234 | Principles of Effective Teaching, Graduation
