Many educators are not prepared adequately for how to approach learners who cannot master these competencies on their own without further interventions. This workshop will provide a framework for approaching a clinical learner who is struggling.

Dr. Klatt has implemented mindfulness-based interventions through her Mindfulness in Motion courses, a program she developed, researched, and validated at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Her research suggests that participants may experience decreases in perceived stress and inflammatory markers alongside improvements in sleep quality and work engagement.
