Research has shown that regular exercise benefits people with Parkinson's disease. Exercise can reduce symptoms and improve mobility, posture, balance and gait. The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center provides a variety of activity choices for people with Parkinson's disease. We will update class and time information as available.
