Experience and Interests

Upon graduation in 2012, Lindsay practiced for three years in the acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings, working with neurological, orthopedic and post-surgical patients. She transitioned to outpatient pediatrics at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, treating conditions such as developmental delay, toe walking and torticollis/plagiocephaly. In May 2017, Lindsay began working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing developmental intervention and support to preterm and medically fragile infants. She also educates families to develop their confidence in handling and caring for their preterm infants.

Lindsay participates in several evidence-based interdisciplinary committees with the goal of improving the developmental outcome of our infants. She is an active member of National Association of Neonatal Therapists, and completed their 15-month IGNITE training course to further her skills in working with preterm infants and their families. Her certifications include McKenzie Part A as well as American Physical Therapy Association clinical instructor credentialing.
