Cody was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania before attending Malone University in Canton, OH for his undergraduate degree where he majored in Exercise Science and competed as a member of the Pioneer baseball team. He stayed in Ohio to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at The Ohio State University where contributed to research projects in the biomechanics lab, served as a teaching assistant in the DPT program, and attended a few good football games. Cody currently is a member of OSU’s Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency preparing him to sit for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialty exam and also works as a teaching assistant in OSU’s DPT program. Cody has a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to his patients allowing them to return to living a healthy and active lifestyle. Additionally, Cody has a special interest in treating overhead athletes and had a clinical experience in professional baseball while a student at Ohio State.
