Telehealth Immediate Care offers new and existing Ohio State patients 14 and older same-day care via video or telephone. If you have a non-life-threatening illness or injury or a common health condition and don’t want to travel to the doctor’s office, you can see a health care provider without ever leaving your house.
Simply call 614-293-3200 or log in to MyChart, select immediate care and your preferred appointment time. Expect to spend 15 to 20 minutes for initial registration and assessment. Our team of experts will determine what kind of care you’ll need and if your appointment would be best over phone or video. Expect to be scheduled within an hour of first calling in and seen within 24 hours.
Hours of Telehealth Immediate Care operation:
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Does my insurance plan cover telehealth?
As of 4/1/2020 the following insurance plans pay for video visits: Aetna, Anthem, Buckeye, CareSource, Cigna Behavioral Health, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Molina, OSU Health Plan, Paramount, United Behavioral Health, United Health Care, Medicare and all the Medicaid insurance plans. Cigna Medical is not currently covering video visits. You are responsible for your insurance plan co-pay. If you are unsure of your coverage, contact your insurance plan.
If you don’t have one of these insurance plans, the typical $49.99 pre-payment has been temporarily waived and you will be billed after your visit.
