About

Biography

As an assistant professor in Radiation Oncology, I focus on advancing innovative radiation therapy techniques to improve precision, safety, and patient outcomes. My work centers on emerging approaches such as FLASH radiation therapy, which has the potential to significantly reduce treatment-related side effects while maintaining effectiveness.

I have a strong interest in developing and implementing specialized treatment planning techniques that enhance accuracy and allow for more personalized patient care. By refining these methods, I aim to improve how radiation is delivered across a variety of clinical scenarios.

In addition, my work includes the development of novel quality assurance (QA) devices to ensure that advanced radiation therapies are delivered safely and reliably. These efforts are critical to maintaining the highest standards of care as new technologies are introduced into clinical practice.

I believe that innovation in radiation oncology requires a thoughtful balance of research, clinical application, and collaboration. By working closely with multidisciplinary teams, I strive to translate new ideas and technologies into practical solutions that improve patient care.
