Biography
I am an infectious diseases physician who specializes in general infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship. I serve as medical director of the antimicrobial stewardship program providing both general oversight and leadership to the program as well as actively participating in various ongoing quality improvement initiatives. I am passionate about patient care and ensuring patient safety and appropriate and optimal antibiotic use and preventing the rise of antibiotic resistance. I teach students, residents, and fellows important concepts related to clinical infectious diseases and stewardship. In my clinic, I care for patients with various infections and has a particular fondness for treating Hepatitis C while providing equitable and compassionate care.
