About
Biography
I am the Surgical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Nationwide Children's Hospital and an Associate Professor of Clinical Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
I direct the Chest Wall Center, which provides care for children and adolescents with pectus excavatum and pectus carinatum.
I also lead the ACGME-accredited fellowship program in Pediatric Surgical Critical Care.
My clinical interests focus on the care of critically ill pediatric surgical patients and minimally invasive surgery for pediatric chest and abdominal conditions.
My research interests include clinical epidemiology, health services research, trauma, and surgical critical care.
