About

Biography

My research applies systems biology and multiomics integration, leveraging transcriptomic, genomic and proteomic data to investigate the molecular basis of neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders by studying how gene expression and cellular networks are altered in the diseased brain. This interdisciplinary work bridges bioinformatics, data science and neuroscience, focusing on how genetic, molecular and environmental factors influence brain vulnerability, resilience and aging.

Through computational modeling and statistical analysis of large-scale datasets, my goal is to uncover key biological pathways involved in neural dysfunction and advance the mechanistic understanding of complex brain disorders.

I appreciate the commitment to innovation here in The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and the readily available resources that allow me to pursue highly complex research.
