About
Biography
I am John Lee, MD, assistant professor in the Department of Radiology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. I specialize in interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology. My research focuses on advancing image-guided procedures, improving diagnostic imaging applications and exploring innovative approaches that enhance patient care through radiological science.
My work is centered on the intersection of interventional and diagnostic radiology, with an interest in developing and evaluating imaging techniques that support accurate diagnosis, treatment planning and minimally invasive therapies. Through research, education and collaboration, I seek to translate advances in radiology into meaningful improvements in clinical care.
In addition to my research activities, I am committed to teaching and mentorship. I value opportunities to support learners, foster curiosity about the field of radiology and contribute to the development of future physicians and researchers. My approach emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning and the application of evidence-based practices to address important challenges in patient care.
