Biography
I am a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I am Interim Division Director for the for the Division of General Obstetrics & Gynecology as well as an assistant professor. I also serves as Medical Director of the Moms2B program.
My career and research interests include eliminating racial and ethnic inequities in reproductive health care. This includes improving access to quality health care in all communities. I am the principal investigator on a state grant-funded project to investigate experiences of discrimination of Black birthing people in their prenatal care. I also serve on the Health Equity Steering Committee for the Ohio Maternal Safety Quality Improvement Project.
