Biography

I am Kutaiba Nazif, DO, assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine within the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and I specialize in cardiovascular disease. My research focuses on advancing knowledge and care related to cardiovascular conditions, with interests that align closely with heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and broader cardiovascular medicine.

In addition to my research activities, I educate and mentor today’s future healthcare professionals. My work is grounded in a commitment to improving the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease while supporting innovation and discovery within academic medicine. I value collaboration and interdisciplinary approaches that help translate scientific knowledge into meaningful advances for patients and the field of cardiovascular medicine.
