About
Biography
I am a clinical professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in The Ohio State University College of Medicine and director of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Sports Orthobiologics Program. My research is focused on regenerative medicine and how we can better utilize orthobiologics to improve patient outcomes. My responsibilities as director involve leading both our clinical and research efforts to advance these latest therapies.
My team’s expertise in orthobiologics has established Ohio State Sports Medicine as the best location in Ohio for these therapies. We are active in innovative treatments and committed to the highest level of clinical research, including performing many Food and Drug Administration-monitored trials.
I have authored dozens of articles published in peer-reviewed journals including the American Journal of Sports Medicine, the Orthopaedic Journal of Sports Medicine, the American Journal of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Techniques in Orthopaedics and the Journal of Cartilage & Joint Preservation.
