About
Biography
I am an associate professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. I founded Addiction Recovery Clinic in Ohio State's Department of Psychology to help treat patients and train doctoral students in evidence-based addiction treatment. I am also a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), an internationally recognized organization of experts in motivational interviewing (a key evidence-based treatment for addiction). Additionally, I served as clinic director of the Psychological Services Center in Ohio State's Department of Psychology, overseeing operations and clinical supervision for clinical psychology doctoral students.
