About

Biography

In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am involved in research efforts to advance the care we can offer our patients. I previously served as co-investigator on an intramural study focused on food allergy skin testing after anaphylaxis, and I have co-authored more than 15 articles published in peer-reviewed journals.

I completed my fellowship at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, and I feel fortunate to continue working at an academic medical center with a national reputation for excellence. From the expert providers and devoted educators to the nurses and clinical and administrative staff who ensure the department runs smoothly, it’s truly the people who make this institution great.

I appreciate the opportunity to help educate the next generation of allergists. I serve as associate program director for the Allergy and Immunology Fellowship, and I am an associate clinical professor of Otolaryngology in The Ohio State College of Medicine.

I am a fellow of the American College of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology (ACAAI) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). I’ve also been involved with several leadership programs including The Ohio State University Faculty Leadership Institute and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI) Leadership Institute. In addition, I participated in the ACAAI Leadership Summit in 2024.

In my free time, my husband and I love exploring new restaurants and metro parks in the Columbus area and cheering on our alma mater, Notre Dame. I also enjoy running and completed my first marathon in 2019. I especially love to travel and visit new countries, when possible. Currently, I spend most of my free time with my two wonderful daughters.
