About
Biography
My lab seeks to understand the fundamental mechanisms that regulate cell growth and division, which are essential for development, tissue maintenance, and disease progression. By integrating quantitative live-cell imaging, single-molecule tracking, genome editing, and systems-level analyses in both cell culture models and genetically engineered mice, my lab aims to reveal how cells coordinate growth and cell-cycle progression. My lab's overarching goal is to define the general molecular and quantitative principles that govern the dynamic regulation of biosynthesis.
