About
Biography
I am an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and my research focuses on factors that influence outcomes, both in complex disease and in cancer care. I specialize in clinical and translational research that uses patient outcomes data, molecular characterization and advanced diagnostic approaches to improve treatment strategies and patient care.
My research interests include identifying risk factors associated with disease development and progression, evaluating patterns of routine care and direct treatment and studying how emerging technologies, such as next-generation sequencing, can inform clinical decision-making. Through this work, I seek to better understand the biological and clinical factors that influence patient outcomes.
I am particularly interested in translating research findings into practical improvements in care delivery. By examining real-world treatment patterns and outcomes, I aim to generate evidence that supports more personalized, effective and data-driven approaches to disease management.
My work bridges clinical medicine and research, with the goal of advancing knowledge that improves diagnosis, treatment selection and long-term outcomes. Through collaborative investigation and outcomes-based research, I strive to contribute discoveries that enhance patient care and inform future scientific inquiry.
