Biography
I am a rhinologist and health policy researcher in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. My research is focused on promoting safe and effective use of medical devices and the affordability of health care. My work has been published in the New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA, and Nature Biotechnology, and my contributions have been featured by the New York Times, the Washington Post, CBS News, and Forbes.
I earned my MBA from Harvard Business School, received my MD at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn., completed my residency with the Harvard Medical School/Mass Eye and Ear/Mass General Brigham Residency Program, and completed my fellowship in rhinology and anterior skull base surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
