Experience and Interests

Emily joined the Department of Family and Community Medicine in September of 2011. She is passionate about helping patients optimally control their health conditions by educating them on lifestyle changes, goal setting and medication management. Her responsibilities in the office include diabetes education and management as a certified diabetes educator. She meets with patients for medication reviews, smoking cessation counseling and lipid and hypertension education. She and her family love cheering for the Buckeyes.
