Experience and Interests
Five years experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family and Community Medicine, most of career working with the underserved population. I enjoy educating patients to help them manage chronic and acute health conditions, with an emphasis on risk factor modification and medication compliance.
I enjoy the outdoors and spend a lot of time running, biking and gardening. I have completed 3 marathons, 3 duathalons and over 15 half marathons. I also enjoy shopping, home remodeling projects, traveling and spending time with my family.
