Katrina is a licensed independent social worker (LISW-S). Katrina has a very extensive and diverse background in the field of social work ranging from working with school age children, adults with alcohol and drug dependency and, most recently, with patients in correctional facilities. Whether you're struggling with depression that's stealing the life from you, anxiety that's causing severe stress, childhood trauma, a challenging relationship, addiction or a combination of all, she wants to help you get your life back and become more of who you were created to be in the first place. She is passionate about restoring your joy (or helping you find it in the first place) and equipping you to not only survive, but to THRIVE! She views counseling as an opportunity for transformation. Using a holistic approach, she will tailor treatment to your specific needs. She will help you understand what's causing your current distress and empower you with the best tools to heal and grow. In her free time, Katrina enjoys spending time with family, attending church, traveling to the beach and reading.
