I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2014 from Indiana State University. I completed an APA-accredited internship in 2014 and postdoctoral fellowship in 2015 at the Whiter River Junction Veterans Affairs Medical Clinic. My fellowship was generalist based with an emphasis on Primary Care and Health Psychology. Following completion of my fellowship, I accepted a position with the Chalmers P. Wylie VA in 2015 and moved to Columbus. I am trained in a number of evidence based practices and practice primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. My interest areas, since fellowship, have focused on primary care and health psychology, with certifications in Cognitive-Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Primary Care Mental Health Integration/Co-located Collaborative Care, Problem Solving Therapy, and CBT for Insomnia. I especially enjoy working as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team to bring an integrative approach to patient care.
