Experience and Interests
I have been with the OSU Department of Family and Community Medicine since 2013 and have been in several roles, all of which I've enjoyed. I currently float to various ambulatory sites including Urgent Care, Family Medicine offices and Walk In Care. I received by bachelor's degree from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2003 and my MSN from Otterbein University in 2013. I spent 10 years as a bedside nurse on a Med/Surg floor caring for all types of patients; that experience was a great foundation for expanding into the nurse practitioner role.
Aside from work I enjoy spending time with my husband, three children and our dogs. We are avid hockey fans and my boys enjoy playing; we spend a lot of time at the ice rink.
